Question of the week: Please tell us a little about yourself and what you read?
I am a married, stay-at-home mum with 2 beautiful children; my son is 6 my daughter is 4. I love photography, musical theater (I watched the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber at the theater last night & loved it!) cooking, shopping and designing invitations for friends and family members.
I absolutely LOVE to read, my kindle goes where I go ;) Genres I enjoy are Paranormal Romance, Contemporary Romance, Romantic Suspense, UF & YA. My all time favorite author is Karen Marie Moning, I was (am) obsessed with the Fever series.

Question of the week: How many books do you read in a week? And in what format do you read them, or listen to them?
I read between 3-5 books a week depending on the number of pages and how much time I have to spare. All my reading is done on my Kindle so I prefer ebook format :)
What to do..
- Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
- Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
- If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers
- If you're new to the follow Friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!
Wow, 3 - 5 books a week? That's awesome! Your site is great, I love your designs! I'm a new follower, by the way! Here's my FF, if you want to check it out: http://carycheyennexo.blogspot.com/2011/05/my-first-follow-friday.html - Hope to talk to you soon!! Xo.
ReplyDeleteIt's alway nice to get to know the person behind the blog don't you agree? Have a great weekend!

Thanks for visiting my blog! ;) Yes, I noticed that the followers thing was playing up again. Stupid blogger!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE the Fever series! I do Top Ten Tuesday and a couple weeks ago the list was "books I'm so glad someone recommended to me." That series was SO on my list! :o)
ReplyDeleteStupid follower thing! Arg. Blogger is ridiculous right now.
Thanks for stopping by my blog :o)

Happy Friday, hon! I used to be able to manage about a book a day, but I've found annoying things like a career have cramped my style. LOL

Happy FF. Just stopping by to return the hop.
ReplyDeleteHere’s my FF
Really wanted to become a new follower, but couldn't find the appropriate button. Will definitely try again later. Reading your blog, I feel like we have a lot in common--I stay at home with my little ones (6 & 4) and we have a lot of the same reading interests :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!!
Hey Sharon, Just stoppin in to say hi. You read everything on a kindle?!?! Don't you miss holding the book?
ReplyDeleteWow-you're a complete ereader convert! I'll admit that I have to balance hardcopy and ebook because I miss holding a physical book if I go too long without reading one.
ReplyDeleteOld follower coming through with the 18 & over tag along. I wish I could read as many books as you each week. Between writing my own and the evil day job, I only get a couple in a month. (Feeling like a slacker now) But I love my Kindle and love how it is so portable. A library in my hands at all times.
ReplyDeleteHave a great one!
Gotta love the kindle! My kids are around the same age as yours, mine are 6 and *almost 3. Thanks for stopping by my FF post.
ReplyDeleteBook Savvy Babe
That's a lot of books per week! I would get a LOT more reading done if I could read that much. :)
ReplyDeleteIf your GFC isn't showing up, I believe you can also click 'follow' on that annoying little bar at appears at the very top of the page.
ReplyDeleteI own a Kindle too but I can't imagine doing all my reading on it! I've never actually bought a book for it (and I can't imagine that I ever will either). It's always just been the free ones or gifted ones from authors for review.
Thanks for stopping by Bitten Books :)
I own a kindle and a nook but I still prefer a real book over an ebook any day!! Love your page and the owls!! Feel free to stop by mine and make sure to follow so you don't miss out on the blog hop and birthday week giveaways that are coming up!! hellota-ta.blogspot.com!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon!
ReplyDeleteFollowing you! =) Thanks for stopping by the Wyld Hollow! Will be looking forward to your reviews! And the follow thing for some blogs I noticed that if they went to the main page of the blog the follower widget works. They can also hit blogger's follow link at the top of the page. It's what I've done. Or added the link through my dashboard. =)
Hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Thanks for visiting! :) 3-5 books sounds like a lot to me! I usually don't get past 4 books a week, but I tend to pick larger size books (around 400 pages). Or maybe I am just a slow reader? :)
ReplyDeleteThis was a nice book blogger question. My answer will probably embarrass me in comparison with my peers!
ReplyDeleteFollow me back to my blog at prepare to be stunned – http://www.howardsherman.net
Thank G-d it’s Follow Friday with a long weekend ahead. Everyone enjoy!
