Feature & Follow Friday ( 23rd September) I am this weeks feature!!

Welcome to Obsession with Books!! I am so excited to be one of the featured blogs for this weeks feature and follow Friday along with The Spork Master
A very big Thank-you to Rachel of Parajunkee and Alison from Alison can read for hosting such a wonderful meme! it is the very first meme I participated in and has introduced me to so many wonderful blogger friends from all over the world as well as books I would have never thought to have read.. 

 

QUESTION OF THE WEEK:  Do you have a favorite series that you read over and over again? Tell us a bit about it and why you keep on revisiting it?

There are so many wonderful series I have loved and a few faves that I tend to revisit, including - Chicagoland Vampires by Chloe Neill, Mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs and Kate Daniels by Ilona Andrews but my all time favorite author and series is the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning - an amazing Urban Fantasy that I absolutely adore, a must read.

    LOL I had too many favourite repeat reads to choose just one, too! But I've heard awesome things about Patricia Briggs's books, and the same with the Fever series! I still need to read them!

    I really love Ilona Andrews stuff too! Have you read her On the Edge series? I really enjoyed it- almost more than her Kate Daniels stuff! Great pick!!

    I'm very ashamed to say this but I haven't read any of these books yet! I've been intending to pick up the Chicagoland Vampires and The Fever series because I've heard some great things about both! Which would you recommend first?

    I love that you didn't say Twilight or Harry Potter. I can see already how many answers will be those series. And I still need to read all of these. Chicagoland Vampires I haven't heard of, the others are pretty high on my wishlist at the very least.

    I still can't believe you haven't read Harry Potter. That's always shocking to me. lol I suppose I am a little biased though, since it's my favorite series ever. ;-)
    I've read the first Fever book, but need to read the rest. I have the others on my list, but haven't gotten around to them yet. I actually just added Chloe Neill to my list the other day when I saw one of her books at the library.

    Wow jeez, I actually haven't read any of the books you mentioned, apparently I have something to add to my TBR list... :) I love anything located in Chicago, so I definitely have to give those vampires a try!

    I read the first Mercy Thompson a while back. Personally, I found it to be missing something. It read like an RPG sourcebook: long on worldbuilding, short on plot.
