Feature & Follow Friday (24th August)

 Hi everyone!!

Thank-you so much for stopping by..

Feature and Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by the wonderful Parajunkee & Alison Can Read

This weeks featured blogs: Awesomesauce Book Club and Book Me!

Q: Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you’ve read and loved?

This is a hard question :) It’s so much easier to find a cover which I loved.

The first book which came to mind was The Other Life by Susanne Winnacker, It’s not that the cover is overly terrible, but it just doesn't convey the theme of the book = zombies and is a tad bland.

 What to do..
  • Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
  • Follow the featured weekly bloggers
  • Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few.
  • The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  • If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back.
  • Spread the Love...and the followers
  • If you're new to the follow Friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

    1. So true! I would never look at that and think Zombies!

  2. I haven't read it, but I agree. At first glance, I would have no idea it's about zombies. Also because I'm unobservant. I've seen this cover before but when you said zombies, I scrutinized it further and noticed the people and the arms inside the butterfly. But really, if you're like me, you're not going to notice that right away!

    Great answer. :)

    Have a lovely weekend!

  4. Well, not being a good representation of the book is one of the ways a cover can be bad. And it doesn't say zombies. I actually don't know what it says except, "Bloody Butterfly"...which means nothing to me.

  5. I've seen this book before but didn't realize that it was about zombies. The cover is a bit misleading.

  7. oh wow you're right! That book definitely doesn't convey the theme. I would never think that's a zombie book. I'm thinking it's one of those cheezy and cute contemporary romances lol

  8. I like the butterfly, but the cover doesn't fit the story, you are right! I loved the story though ^^

  9. I kind of like the cover! I don't get zombies out of it at all though. I really want to read this book, though I haven't heard all that much about it!
