Follow Friday (9th September)

Weekly meme hosted by

This weeks featured blogs: Drying Ink and Pedantic Phooka

QUESTION OF THE WEEK:

Have you ever wanted the villain to win at the end of a story? If so, which one?

I don't recall ever reading a book where I have wanted a villain to win in the end, I would hope changes would be made to rectify their behavior but evil never wins.

My answer is soooo vague this week! I  look forward to seeing what everyone else has come up with.

What to do..
  1. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
  2. Follow the featured weekly bloggers
  3. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  4. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers
  5. If you're new to the follow Friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

  1. Hi! Happy Friday!
I felt like I have a lame answer for today's question, but most bloggers have the same answer though! =) We're in the good sides! =)

  3. I don't normally want the villians to win, but sometimes the good guys are just so annoying that it'd be interesting to see a 'villian' becoming the redeeming character that you root for.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by :)

  4. I can't think of anyone I've rooted for in books either. Some I've liked reading about, but not actually rooting for! I could think of a few movies though, which is kind of interesting, lol.

Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!

  8. ;) I must be a freak blogger.

I've seen very few people say straight out that they do cheer for the bad guys. (And those few were my friends...not sure what that says about us...)

    Thanks for stopping by mine!

  10. Good guy winning? I'm definitely on board for that! But I agree with you completely when you say that there are times when you wish a character made a better decision. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by, Sharon! I'm an old follower for sure!

Hope you have an awesome weekend!

  12. I don't think your answer is vague. I think most instances would dictate you rooting for the good guy!

  13. It is hard to come up with an example. I'm sure there ARE some, just none really stand out and say "I'm it!" to me. I agree, I usually side with the good guy.

  14. A lot of people are giving a similar answer to yours, so I wouldn't worry about being too vague. Thanks for following, and I followed back!

  17. Hello!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

That's okay...I think it's a good thing you don't have a villain you like enough to win!

    Happy Blog Hop!
